The Road to the Guardian Empire

You chose to go left. You follow a rough, narrow, and winding road, exhausted, dehydrated, and not wanting to continue on. But, something presses you onward, for you see what appears to be a white city, almost as beautiful as a whitewashed marble statue, letting off light day and night 24/7 365.
